Born in March 2021, AN Strong began as a personal mission to turn frustration into purpose. At the time, Annie was stuck in an unfulfilling office job and knew deep down she was meant for something more.
Coaching had always felt like home to her - a space where she could make a real difference and help people step into their strength. What started with 1-to-1 personal training, mainly focused on helping women realise just how strong and powerful they truly are, quickly grew into something much bigger.
AN Strong naturally evolved into a full-time online powerlifting coaching business, where Annie now works with both men and women from all walks of life.
Every training plan, every check-in, every milestone is all rooted in the belief that people are capable of more than they think, both physically and mentally. Through the barbell, AN Strong isn’t just about building strength. It’s about building confidence, resilience, and self-belief.
